  • MOBILITY & BALANCE - Work on range of movement, strength & balance.
  • HYDRO FIT - This is a pool-based functional fitness full-body workout.
  • LIFT FOR LONGEVITY - This small group training will show you how to use free weights, cables, and many other types of strength equipment safely and effectively to build bone density and muscle strength.
  • BARRE STRENGTH - This barre class utilizes balance and stability combined with resistance bands to strengthen and tone the body.
